We have a thriving contingent of STEM ambassadors in our business and together, they’ve committed to delivering over 160 hours of STEM activities to schools and colleges close to our sites.

We’re committed to ensuring our staff are happy at work and enjoy rewarding careers, so we place a high value on our Insights Discovery Training Programme which helps people understand themselves and their colleagues so that they can have more respectful, productive and positive working relationships, even across virtual boundaries.
