We have a brand new vacancy for a Fleet Manager here at our head office based in Ipswich. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of all vehicles within One Group Construction, which consists of approximately 400 vehicles across the 7 group companies.
This is a permanent full time position working Monday – Friday (37.5 hours a week).
- Manage, co-ordinate and administer fleet requirements
- Assist Services Manager with fleet related duties
- Manage fleet renewals
- Manage invoicing/recharging
- Budget management
- Fleet insurance claims
- Standardisation of processes
- Management of fuel cards
- Reporting as required
- Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and environmental policies and the requirements of company procedures
Are you the person we are looking for?
We're looking for someone who is highly organised with excellent attention to detail. They must be a confident communicator, personable, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in fleet and budget management, be able to demonstrate sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and be educated to at least A level standard (or equivalent).
